Every year in mid February our ice cream team shuts down production and completely revamps our facility for 200 Amy's folks to hand dip strawberries in European Chocolate.
We use fresh ripe strawberries and completely smother them in Callebaut Dark Chocolate imported from Belgium then drizzle a white chocolate lattice. We then package them in adorable pink egg cartons.These Chocolate Covered Strawberries will have your loved one talking! Pre-Order today!
