The arrangements displayed on our website were all created and designed by Ben White Florist staff. We make every effort for item purchased to reflect the item delivered exactly, however, occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. When a suitable substitution is not available the item is temporarily removed from the website and the customer will be notified immediately of alternatives. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all orchid bouquet, we may substitute with another color.

All BERRY purchases are non-refundable.

Cancellations and Adjustments to your berry order must be made no later than NOON CST the day before the scheduled delivery.

Delivery orders MUST be scheduled for a date prior to February 15th to guarantee freshness. Delivery times cannot be guaranteed (See Delivery Policy)

For Residential or Dorm deliveries:

We WILL call recipient prior to delivery to be sure they will be home. This is to avoid having to leave a perishable product on the porch or non-refrigerated area.

We will NOT be able to deliver product until instructions from recipient are received.

If a response from recipient is not received in a reasonable time sender will be notified for another course of action.

NOTE: If the recipient’s telephone is not working, or is not being answered, we will not be able to deliver the edible gift. Sender will be notified if this does occur.

For Business and School deliveries:

The delivery person may leave the gift with instructions to refrigerate at security, reception, front desk or office depending on specific business or school requirements.

We WILL call recipient at the time of drop off to notify that their gift has been left with the appropriate party.

Ben White Florist is not responsible for the in-proper handling of chocolate covered strawberries after delivery has been made.

A local delivery fee of 14.95 will be added to each order, for each separate address. Orders placed via website will also incur an additional $1.45 convenience fee.

Delivery minimum is $34.99 plus delivery and tax

Orders must be received before 12:00 noon CST to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following business day.

On Monday the 13th and Tuesday the 14th we will start making deliveries at 7am and continue until all deliveries are complete. Schools, hospitals and businesses will be first.

We have a minimum of 10 additional drivers assisting in the expediting of deliveries. However, uncontrollable events such as weather, traffic, construction and other factors can affect the timing of your delivery.

To maintain quality and freshness we are unable to deliver corsages, boutonnieres or any wedding work. For more information on these products please call the store.

Pick-Up Orders are available and MUST BE PAID at time of order.

Please allow 1 hour cushion from the time order is placed to pick up time.

Our store hours for the Valentine’s Holiday and the week leading up to will be as follows:

• Monday 2/6 - Friday 2/10 - 8am-7pm
     
• Saturday 12/11 - Sunday 12/12 - 8am-5pm
      
• Monday 12/13-Monday 12/14 - 7am-7pm
      

We WILL accommodate delivery on Sunday, Feb 12 for the Valentine’s holiday. We are normally closed Sunday.

Deliveries on Mon. Feb. 13 and Tues. Feb 14 are on a first come, first serve basis. To insure delivery on these dates we recommend you place your order at least 2 days prior.
