Meet our cake maker, Erin!
Erin got her start in the cake business after working in the kitchen of Vista Verde Guest Ranch under Head Chef Robert Citto. After successfully studying under Chef Citto making breads, mini cakes, and other desserts, Erin decided that she wanted to complete a formal program. Erin graduated from baking school at Le Cordon Bleu and has been making wonderful ice cream cakes at Amy’s full-time since March 2011. You can find Erin at our custom ice cream shop at our Mira Vista location. Her favorite flavor? The Reese’s which includes chocolate cake, Belgian Chocolate ice cream, chocolate butter cream frosting, and Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup chunks.
